About the Role

Design and deliver a range of commercial, residential, health care, educational, and industrial projects semi-autonomously, reporting to the Managing Director.
Manage and meet client expectations on deliverables.
Assist in the mentoring and training of junior engineers.
Collaborate with other disciplines, sharing projects and expertise.

The Profile
You will have:

A minimum of 6 years' experience as a structural engineer, with significant experience in a consultancy environment.
A strong work ethic.
A team player, flexible and adaptable.
Familiarity with a range of software programs.
Excellent communication skills, including report writing.
A demonstrated understanding of the relevant Australian Standards, design codes, and construction methodologies.
