About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Strategy Consultant with a passion for helping clients succeed. Ideally, the candidate will have previous sales experience in finance, real estate, or a related industry. Effective time management, task prioritization, and the ability to meet targets are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
Provide accurate, detailed information on our products and services
Build positive client relationships during meetings
Manage and update client data accurately
Meet or exceed sales targets
What You Need to Succeed:
Positive, proactive mindset
Strong objection-handling and communication skills
High levels of self-motivation
Fluency in English
Melbourne-based with the ability to work from our head office

Competitive pay: $75,000 - $100,000 p/a + Super + Commissions + Bonuses (OTE $300,000+)
Hours of Work:
Full-time with flexibility for remote work
Must be available to work remotely during evenings
