SENIOR STRATEGIST – CRM
Position: Strategy Director (CRM)
Location: Sydney, Australia
Clients: FMCG, Retail, Tech
This is a permanent role.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Leadership role providing strategic expertise and thought leadership across this agency. This data-led agency is on the hunt for a subject matter expert in CRM.
ABOUT YOU
You’re passionate about CRM. You will have experience as a planner, senior account services or data strategist and have spent the past 5-7 years in an agency environment.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
8 + years experience as a planner, data strategist or CRM specialist
Advanced experience with customer journey mapping, lifecycle planning, and optimization
Loyalty experience
Experience with cross channel campaigns, including digital channels, traditional and CRM
Knowledge of setting up and monitoring measurement frameworks.
High attention to detail
