This role will see you working closely with GWW senior stakeholders, playing a crucial part in shaping GWW's future strategic direction and enterprise priorities.
In this role, you will participate in collaborative forums to generate innovative ideas that will shape long-term strategic plans, benefiting our customers, community, and Country.

Responsibilities Providing strategic advice on urban water planning and policy for greater Melbourne's long-term water security.
Developing, in conjunction with key internal stakeholders, GWW's consistent advocacy positions concerning key strategic priorities such as water security, Victorian Housing Statement delivery, Traditional Owner self-determination, integrated water management and net zero.
Working across other metropolitan water corporations and Barwon Water to support the objectives of the Managing Director's Accord.
Progressing the program of work activities and reporting to Steering Committees, the executive leadership team and the Board on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Skills & Experience Self-starter with keen enthusiasm and demonstrated ability to engage, collaborate, influence, and negotiate agreed outcomes through strong coordination.
Strong critical thinking and experience in driving strategic direction.
Experience in delivering complex programs of work within an agile and changing environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills to effectively engage key stakeholders across the organisation.
Experience in a water utility or the public sector will be highly regarded.
