As a senior therapist, you will leverage your skills and experience to provide supervision and support to other Speech Pathologists, promoting optimal outcomes for clients.
You will have the opportunity to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
Complex CommunicationDysphagiaPaediatricsOur internal Learning and Development Programs are designed to support your career growth and development, with formal education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into leadership roles.
About YouWe welcome applications from experienced Speech Pathologists with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality care. To be successful in this role, you will require:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology3+ years' experience working as a Speech Pathologist in the private or public sectorExperience providing clinical supervision and supportSPA RegistrationNDISWC/WWCC (or willingness to apply)Current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel with your own vehicleWe are an equal opportunities employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
