As a Senior Solution Architect, you will act as a technical resource to help our sales team qualify and close new business. You will assist in driving the pre-sales process while also being an advocate for the post-sales teams. You will report to the Manager, Customer Solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist sales reps with technically qualifying new sales opportunitiesProvide pre-sales engineering support to account teams and lead solution discovery discussions with our clients and partnersBuild and deliver custom product demonstrations which focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customersDesign custom Deputy solutions based on clients' business priorities and technical capabilitiesWork closely with Product, Compliance, and Support to ensure customer feedback is channeled appropriatelyWork with Sales and CS functions to build and refine scalable business processesQualificationsWorld class communicator with excellent sales instinctsExperience selling software solutions into complex environmentsKeen technical mind comfortable writing scripts in at least one programming languageProven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail5+ years in Sales/Partner Engineering or Solutions Consulting roleWorkforce Management experience is a big plus Employee Perks - Share Options
