Join the team Join us on an exciting journey as we relaunch our service desk, merging the Kmart and Target service desks into one awesome team! We're on the hunt for enthusiastic IT service desk analysts who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service to both Kmart and Target stores. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of supporting their IT needs and ensuring a seamless experience.

What you'll be doing Delivering expert support for a range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems. Managing and prioritising incoming service requests and incidents to ensure timely resolution. Monitoring IT systems and infrastructure to proactively identify and address potential issues. Creating and maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions to improve future troubleshooting processes. Training and mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development. To be successful in this role you'll have: Demonstrated experience in a Service Desk / Helpdesk role within a retail or similar environment. Strong knowledge of IT systems, including experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive user experience.
