Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Ramsay Health Care is seeking a dynamic individual, eager to elevate their IT and Helpdesk skills to new heights!
Permanent full-time opportunityA great work culture and a friendly supportive team!Brisbane based role at Greenslopes Private HospitalAs a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customer service and technical support to Ramsay Health Care IT users.
In this role, you will provide responsive, high quality and expert level of customer service and technical support to IT users and other IT staff through diagnosing and troubleshooting problems in an efficient and effective manner to meet the needs of the department's operational objectives.
Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provision of expert, responsive and high quality support and incident resolutionAccept support requests including create of IT incidents and coordinate fulfillment of incidentsEffectively categorise, communicate and negotiate the priority of service requests and IncidentsMonitor the performance of local hospital IT infrastructure and ensure daily backups are completeAct as a senior resource for less experienced Service Desk Analysts and provide guidance and information in a supportive environment to encourage learningAbout You Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to forge strong, positive connections and deliver top-tier customer service. You are able to effortlessly convey information to both technical and non-technical people, all within our dynamic and fast paced environment.
You will also demonstrate: Minimum 4 years' experience in a high level IT support role or helpdesk / service desk environmentDiploma in ITProven expert analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage customer issues and contribute to the development of high level solutions whilst managing customer expectationsDemonstrated hardware diagnostic skillsDemonstrated working knowledge of core and non-core applicationsExcellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks within designated time framesComputer literacy across the Microsoft office suite of programs, Windows desktop and Windows server operating systemsPrevious experience working for a large multi-site organisation is desirablePrevious experience working in a health care environment is desirableExperience with patient administration systems, SAP, Chris21 and other health industry specific applicationsYour participation in an on-call roster and travel between locations within Brisbane may be required from time to time. Our successful candidate will hold a current and valid Open Driver's License and have access to a car.
