Pakenham Mazda is a Multi Award winning Mazda Master Dealer. This full-time position is based in our Pakenham South location. We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their Mazda vehicles.
What you'll be doing Providing professional and courteous customer service to all Mazda vehicle owners Accurately assessing vehicle repair and maintenance needs, with the ability to communicate these directly to customers Booking and scheduling customer appointments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Liaising with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and ensure customer expectations are met Actively resolving customer queries and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner Maintaining detailed records of all service interactions and recommendations Promoting Mazda's range of products, services and accessories to customers Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Pakenham Mazda service department What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes Proficient in using computerized workshop management systems Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A genuine passion for the Mazda brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences What we offer Ongoing training and development opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work in a well-established family-owned dealership About us Pakenham Mazda is a leading automotive dealership serving the Pakenham and surrounding communities.
