Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of MIS Senior Consultant (Mainframe), you will join NAB's Security team that is committed to customer obsession and supporting our colleagues.Each day, you'll go above and beyond to: Maintain operational effectiveness and security integrity of NAB's mainframeIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities and risk reduction initiatives across the bank's mainframe computing enterpriseApply security best practices in day-to-day responsibilitiesIdentify, report, and implement risk remediation tasks as appropriateEnsure service delivery meets agreed Service Level AgreementsCollaborate with audit and compliance teams to deliver remediationMentor subordinate staffBe recognized as a trusted advisor to the businessWe're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You'll need: 10-15 years' experience working with Mainframe RACFExperience with infrastructure-heavy sub-systemsAdvanced SAS and JCL programming skillsProgramming experience in disciplines such as Python, Assembler, PL1, and CobolExperience with ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility)Experience with ISPF Dialogue Management ServicesExperience with SDSF (Spool Display Search Facility)We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
