Our opportunity In this role, you'll collaborate with users to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions, write functional design documents, and lead the configuration, testing, and rollout of Salesforce features. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and user satisfaction, driving system adoption and maximizing the value of our Salesforce implementation.
While Salesforce is your primary focus, you'll also have the opportunity to expand your skills in technologies like Chris21, Great Plains, PowerBI, and ServiceNow, providing well-rounded application support as needed.
Key responsibilities Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse their current and future Salesforce needs, contributing to the evaluation and implementation of functional designs, user stories, and business cases for new projects or improvements.Design, develop and implement solutions.Who we are looking for An experienced, enthusiastic senior Salesforce Functional Analyst who has highly developed organisation and stakeholder management skills.
