The role: We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our dynamic, passionate and highly motivated Healthcare & Life Sciences team as a Senior Sales Executive within our wider, market-leading Capital Markets business line.
You will work directly with the national business line head to proactively identify and transact sales and ad-hoc leasing opportunities in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, specifically strata medical suites, day hospitals, clinics, tertiary and Life Sciences assets, plus the broader focus areas of the business including senior living and childcare.
Key responsibilities: Actively pursue, secure and transact new listingsProvide sale and repositioning advice for a broad array of Healthcare and Life Sciences assetsProduction of financial models to assess the value of said assetsNegotiate and transact the sale, and ad-hoc leasing of target assetsAttend client meetings and site inspections, taking minutes and action pointsCarry out systematic canvassing for new businesses and clients, and gain a sound general knowledge of the relevant marketAssist in the development of strategies to increase the department's market share and improve profitabilityAssist with the coordination of sales and leasing campaigns including submissions, preparation of marketing material, reports, and presentationsWho are we looking for? At least 2-3 years in Sales and/or LeasingRelevant tertiary qualifications in the property industryKnowledge and experience of the commercial property industry, with healthcare sector experience highly desirableSound understanding of valuation and commercial property sales/leasing processReal estate license or certificate of registration (essential)Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelThe ability to build effective relationships at all levelsFlexibility and the willingness to work as part of a high-performance teamWhat's in it for you?
