Senior Residential Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors

Due to continued growth, Bretts Architectural Window and Door Solutions is looking for an experienced Residential Estimator or Project Manager to join our successful team. Bretts is a leading supplier & installer of aluminium windows and doors to mid & top tier builders in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Previous experience estimating or Project Managing with the AWS range will be an advantage but is not necessary.

The Role

As a Residential Estimator, you will be responsible for the estimating and management of medium to large projects in the high-end residential and occasionally commercial construction space. Duties include but are not limited to:

Communication and relationship building with key clients and main contractors

Estimating off plans

Pricing and take-offs

Project budgeting

The Individual

Minimum 3 years estimating experience ideally in the aluminium or window industries

A solid understanding of building methodology and Australian Standards

Tertiary qualifications or trade experience

Proficient in estimating Softech V6 software

Excellent communication skills, comfortable in talking to clients and major stakeholders

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and AWS systems is an advantage

The Rewards
This role and package will be negotiated further in the interview depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
