Job Description Griffith Business School's Research Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing comprises of over 100 academic experts who use rigorous academic processes to bridge the gap between workplace research, practice and policy to help meet the demands of a constantly changing and adapting business world. They explore and utilise macro (international, societal, organisational) and micro (individual) level research around key contemporary workforce issues such as emotion; employee voice; collectivism; health and safety; wellbeing; equity, diversity and gender; and the management of human capital at work. Work with the Director of WOW, Professor Paula Brough, who is leading a new NHMRC project: 'Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging: Ensuring sustainable implementation'. This is a complex project in collaboration with the Gold Coast University Hospital. As Senior Research Assistant, you will use your research skills to assist in the success of this project. Your key responsibilities will be to: Assist the 9 Chief Investigators (CIs), Project Manager, Research Fellow (RF), and Data Analyst with administrative research tasks for the 5 project components, including: Booking interview times and locations. Producing electronic surveys in Qualtrics and assisting with their administration. Managing longitudinal survey data sets, including conducting data matching. Conducting basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis under the guidance of the CIs, RF, and Data Analyst. Assist with results dissemination by preparing conference slides and notes for the CIs and RFs. Assist with the production of journal articles. This is a fixed term, 18-month, full time position that will be primarily based at the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations. Salary Range The full-time equivalent base salary will be Research Fellow Grade 1 range $93,044 - $103,888 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $108862 - $121,549 per annum. Qualifications You will also have: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business/Management with Honors or Masters and experience in conducting you own research project (thesis). Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and report writing. Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and adaptability skills. A strong attention to detail and high-level organisation skills. Proficient time management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively in a team research environment.
