The Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This Team will drive Operational Excellence across all customer-facing departments, achieving customer experience, efficiency, and risk reduction targets, and is key to enabling the Cover-More "Operations Vision".
So, what's the job? You'll lead and manage analytics initiatives to improve operations and customer experience, focusing on new and enhanced reporting solutions. You'll provide data-driven insights and analysis that supports business decisions and process improvements. You'll use BI tools and SQL to automate and enhance operational performance reporting. You'll develop and deliver operational reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. You'll identify issues and provide recommendations using data modelling and analytical reasoning sourced from multiple data sources. You'll seek opportunities for process improvement and automation to boost reporting efficiency. You'll support projects and change initiatives by providing data-driven evidence and impact analysis. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement through reporting mechanisms that measure the benefits of improvement projects. You'll collaborate with teams and stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication throughout the organization. You'll empower leaders with timely and high-quality performance data, reports, and insights. You'll be able to effectively deliver meaningful reports through both written and spoken mediums to stakeholders at operational and executive levels. You'll stay updated on industry best practices in operational reporting and apply them to internal processes. And what are we looking for? You'll have demonstrated experience in operational reporting, data analysis, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector. You'll possess strong proficiency in data visualization tools and business intelligence software. You'll showcase excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail. You'll have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. You'll have experience with digitization and automation for process improvements. You'll be able to communicate insights from complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. You'll exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. So, why choose us?
