Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the assessment, analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk, to ensure the delivery of all key milestones and outcomes within scope, on time, and to meet or exceed expectations
Coordinate the activities including the consolidation of material to be presented to the Release and Transition Board, ensuring material is provided in a timely manner
Liaise with key business stakeholders and Service Providers on release scheduling and communication of progress to lead and facilitate effective service operations
Verify all requirements have been met for a change and/or release of a product or service into the service delivery network to ensure release processes and procedures are applied and organisational readiness to maintain operational continuity
Manage the adoption of appropriate release and deployment tools, techniques and processes, including automation, to drive long-term benefits and optimal service delivery
Drive Release and Deployment Strategy (Migration Run book)

IT Skills and Experience:

Experience with the Agile approach Organisational Change, Process Re-engineering and/or Project Management experience.
Good working knowledge of ITIL
10+ years of IT experience, Degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
Multi-industry experience in fast-paced high volume change environments
Organizational Change, Process Re-engineering and/or Project Management experience
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively
Experience in working in large project teams and delivering project outcomes on time
Strong stakeholder and engagement and management skills
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience in application migration using Re-platform, Refactoring and Re-architecting approach.
