As Dynamic Diesel continues to grow, so too does our strategic approach to grow and maintain our current client base on the East Coast.Your RoleAs a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for nurturing key accounts and developing relationships with existing and future clients.Key responsibilities will include:Development of relationships with current mining partners.Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and creating solutions that meet their key objectives.Liaising with multiple stakeholders across projects.Sourcing and tracking new lead opportunities.Tracking and monitoring market conditions and customer requirements.Presenting pre-screened, skilled candidates to our Clients and finalising the placement.Liaising with support teams internally, including technical specialists.This is not a 360 role; you have the support of our Mobilisation team.An expert of the mining industry and its movements.A proven track record as a senior recruitment consultant, with business development experience.Demonstrable experience liaising with multiple decision-makers.Ability to multi-task is essential.Self-driven and perseverance to follow through on client and candidate matters.Present solution-based outcomes to clients.Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and our client base.Previous experience with JobAdder advantageous.Full support from our Recruitment and Mobilisation teams.Working from Home.Working for an Australian owned family business that recognises and rewards its employees.Whilst we all work hard to achieve our goals we have also adopted a supportive, fun and friendly environment.You will have the opportunity for future career development whilst earning a very attractive salary and bonus scheme.Want to enjoy coming to work every day - EXPERIENCE THE DYNAMIC DIFFERENCE TODAY!
