About the Role: You'll specialise in recruiting tech talent within software development, inheriting an active client portfolio with room to develop new business. The role gives you the autonomy to manage your desk without strict KPIs, letting you focus on building relationships and driving results. Whether it's nurturing existing clients or bringing in new ones, you'll be set up to make an immediate impact.

Key Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, ideally within TechnologyStrong 360° recruitment experience with proven billings (A$400k+ annually)A natural ability to build relationships and grow businessSelf-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in business developmentExcellent communication skills and a collaborative attitudeSponsorship available for candidates with a 2+ year degree or 5+ years of recruitment experience
