Team Outline The team you will be joining in Perth has an average experience of over 13 years and performing well above current financial year targets, having vastly exceeded their FY23/24 target. This is an opportunity for an eager, driven recruiter seeking to work for an agile company and be rewarded for their input, rather than enriching shareholders. Base Criteria Minimum 2 years' Australian experience gained as a recruiter working in a recruitment agency. Agile thinker, as yesterday's recruitment methods, may not work tomorrow. Atypical Recruiter - the ability to work and be seen as a trusted advisor to clients, not a sales clone. Stakeholder engagement- managing client and candidate relationships. Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated within our CRM). Outline Duties Your key responsibility is stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff. Trusted Advisor and Relationship Builder, with a strong Personal Brand Integral Team Member, happy to support colleagues, and contribute to the team during large Perm mobilisations / go-lives. Supporting clients in filling their Permanent, Short-term or ongoing Casual Hire requirements. Supporting the Team in growing client and candidate bases. Ensuring relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM. Agile thinker, willing to continually develop, share knowledge and be an active contributor.
