About the Role Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Quality Advisor to support our Quality team in WA.
Reporting to our Quality Manager, you will ensure QA QC standards for the project are developed and delivered across the site efficiently.
This is a FIFO role with a 3/1 roster and the point of hire is Perth.
Key Responsibilities: Developing the project quality strategy, Project Quality Plan (PQP), and QA procedures.
Developing quality data and experimental designs for KPIs.
Responsible for coordinating site/field inspections and ensuring the project is completed in accordance with the contract specifications, technical standards, Quality policies, and procedures.
Coordinate the creation and implementation of quality work instructions, ITPs, and ITCs.
Providing guidance in the development of Construction Work Packs / Construction Briefs.
Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), review, and approve disposition action plans.
Complete and administer quality audits and monitoring of sub-contractors.
Collaboration with 3rd Party organizations, reviewing and processing inspection test results.
Management and delivery of quality documentation across the project.
Working closely with the completions team for the commissioning of plant and equipment.
Submitting project deliverable records and reporting progress of MDR status.
Effective information presentation using mathematical concepts and statistical techniques.
Participation in project risk analysis and safety reviews.
Demonstrate leadership abilities and evaluate training needs and assess gap analysis.
Reporting and assisting with quality records compilation for monthly progress claim.
About You The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Familiar with quality management practices TQM, Kaizen, Lean, six sigma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally have experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to encourage co-workers.
Ability to interpret specifications, technical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
Be willing to work FIFO on a 3/1 roster with Perth as the point of hire.
