Key Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Psychology with current certification Experience in the disability sector, including working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors A positive, collaborative attitude Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Proven experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic support Additionally, you must hold (or be able to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Driver's Licence.
