With Customer Service as a top priority, you will be working across a well-kept portfolio and will have the opportunity to work with this progressive agency, enjoying the support of an innovative and dynamic team.
About the Role:
Based in Atwell, we continue to maintain the #1 position for rentals in our core suburbs. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated and has an exceptional work ethic to help us maintain our existing portfolio.
Main Duties include (Dependent on Experience): Repairs and MaintenanceOversee and Coordinate the leasing processOversee scheduling and quality of Routine InspectionsClient Care is a priorityProperty Visits and ReportingProperty Tree experience advantageousScheduling and coordinating Open HomesOversee quality of ingoing and outgoing property reportsOversee and get involved in the final bond processSkills and Experience:
• Certificate of Registration is essential
• Current driver's license
• Confident in communications, both written and verbal
• Ability to embrace technology. Familiarity with property management applications.
• Must have a minimum of one year of Real Estate experience.
