The Role: As a Senior Property Manager , you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your role will include: Managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords Conducting entry and exit inspections and preparing detailed reports Handling rental arrears and collections Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests Processing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews You'll have the full support of a highly skilled team - Leasing Manager, Routines Officer, and Assistant.
