Our Client
Our client is a progressive and diverse property firm with a boutique property management division located in inner city Brisbane.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to manage and oversee their successful property management division.

You will be well supported with a dedicated Assistant Property Manager who will provide valuable support in the running of the portfolio as well as full time routine inspection support - this will be outsourced to an external provider on your behalf.

You will report to a supportive Managing Director and be empowered to run the portfolio autonomously with flexibility on offer of working hours and working from home days where desired.
The Role
This role is a Senior Property Manager role overseeing the rent roll of a dynamic boutique company located in Toowong.

You will manage the portfolio of approximately 170 properties with the assistance of a full time assistant as well as all your routines being conducted by a dedicated inspector.

The role will be predominately based in office so that you can focus on giving a wonderful service to your valued clients and tenants.

You will be empowered to develop processes and implement structure to the department as growth continues and will take on a key leadership role within the business.

This role would ideally suit a Senior Property Manager looking to align themselves with a brand that will help develop them in a leadership position.
This role will include: Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliersConducting of Entry and Exit Condition ReportsMaintenance coordinationArrears managementTraining of new staffAssistance in the recruitment of new staff membersNegotiation and execution of lease renewalsStrong administration supportQCAT and RTA Conciliations where requiredBond finalisationsAbout You
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
You will also require:

Minimum 2 years property management experienceCurrent QLD Certificate of RegistrationValid drivers licenceStrong client service skills and a customer focused mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skillsHow to Apply
