Apply now!Job DescriptionThe Senior Property Manager role is responsible for managing and monitoring all day-to-day lease management activities for the client portfolio that supports the operations of the Integrated Portfolio Management – Lease Administration service line for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the client.The purpose of the Senior Property Manager role is to lead the lease management function, ensuring a consistent standard and best practice approach in the delivery of Lease Administration services. This role will manage client relationship obligations including reporting to the client on execution against KPIs, budgets, rent roll payments, and any issues/escalations.About your role:Liaise with client on a regular basisReview and circulate to the client: Performance activity, Portfolio analytics, Portfolio dashboard, and critical date reportsQuality review and approval of Expenditure rent rolls and ad-hoc payment runsQuality review of rent roll once final workflows processedAction a breach/lock out process with revenue tenants if/when requiredIssue final correspondence/bill to the revenue tenant upon revenue tenant termination/reconciliationManage own appropriate workload distribution and priority settingEnsure cooperation with the team/s to provide the appropriate focus to deliver the best financial and compliance outcomes to the clientEnsure coordinated approach to team members to ensure the team is operating at optimal capacity and any HR issues are managed in a timely and professional mannerEffectively work collaboratively and engage with team membersAbout you:Experience in property managementExperience in lease management and administration, including documentation, approvals, execution of documents, and financial administrationStrong client focus and customer experience mindset essentialExperience in managing multiple client portfolios, peak workloads, and scaling resources appropriately is desirableTertiary qualification in Finance, Property, Economics, or Business ManagementReal Estate Agent License or Agent's RepresentativeWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?We're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
