This will include development and implementation of compliance and oversight approaches for the Community Services Fair Jobs Code.Key elements of the role will include:Communication and engagement with community services organisations; peak bodies; and government departmentsDevelopment and review of policies, systems and processes which form the operating model for Service Agreement compliance (including the Community Services Fair Jobs Code)Data analyticsImplementation of the operating modelACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEProvide strategic thinking and support planning to develop robust, integrated approaches to contract management which enhances understanding of, and compliance with the Service Agreement.Lead the implementation of the department's Service Agreement compliance function including contributing to the delivery and oversight of the Compliance Operating Model for the Community Services Fair Jobs Code.Promote the department's Service Agreement Compliance Approach and the Community Services Fair Jobs Code through preparing and presenting reports and information to a range of internal and external stakeholders.COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current

ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice , given their individual circumstances.
