About the Role
As the Senior Project Officer, your role will include:
Managing the development, implementation and monitoring of project plans for Digital Capability.
Coordinating and working closely with the Digital and Virtual Learning team to progress project activities, including correspondence, reports, presentations and publications, and provide project progress status updates to management and senior executives.
Assisting in coordinating, organising and promoting the professional development activities identified for the program.
Ensuring that the development of materials for Digital and Virtual learning are of high quality and compliant with the required visual and digital style guidelines.
Contributing to briefing materials, submissions, papers, reports, communications and correspondence.
Providing secretariat support for project governance groups to ensure effective implementation of project objectives within the established timeframes and allocated budget.
Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the development, implementation and delivery of a range of projects and initiatives.
Identifying and addressing areas of improvement with business processes, identifying issues or risks and making recommendations to the Governance team to ensure procedures are implemented or modified and that business efficiency is maintained.
About You
The ideal applicant will have the following key attributes:
Understanding of project development, monitoring and reporting.
Proven ability to manage aspects of projects and achieve required outcomes within set timeframes.
Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills.
Strong skills in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior experience in supporting training programs and/or event management.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail.
