Temporary part time opportunity to create and roll out easy to use wellbeing resources to support leaders across Metro North to promote proactive wellbeing within their teams. The successful applicant will need to have the ability to facilitate sessions for leaders of all levels and work streams across Metro North.

About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Manage the development, coordination, delivery of culture and wellbeing initiatives including training and education programs and resources. Facilitate programs to clinical and non-clinical staff to embed wellbeing initiatives across Metro North. Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior executive cohorts across Metro North HHS to facilitate implementation of initiatives in each of the campuses. Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting to the Manager on key deliverables, timelines, and status of projects. Maintain adequate systems, processes, registers, records, and internal controls to effectively monitor and report on the status of the project milestones and deliverables. Project Manage the various activities within the initiative and engage key staff in the design, delivery, and evaluation of those projects. Liaise closely with external business partners associated with the contractual arrangements with Metro North HHS.
