Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Health

The Role Senior Project Manager or Project Director (experience determining) joining a well-established team delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects in the health sector.
You will forecast and manage project budgets and support Project Managers delivering any health projects.
Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team.
Successfully managing the balance of time, quality, and cost to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction.
Have a positive impact on your delivery team with a proven ability to create and maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment.
Managing ongoing relationships with all parties.
Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record in delivering commercial fit out projects in the health sector for the principal contractor in Australia.
An ability to manage programme, schedule, and sequence trades effectively.
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore, or similar.
A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
Positive tenure in your work experience is highly desirable.
