A real focus on culture and a work-life balance.Your new roleYou will be responsible, whilst working with an extremely experienced team, for delivering a major civil infrastructure project. This landmark project, unique in its size for its kind, will be critical to how us Victorians live.Engaged by this major infrastructure client, you will oversee the project from design, through contract award and out to delivery. The role will be heavily stakeholder management related, managing all consultants and contractors involved in the project, whilst representing the client.What you'll need to succeedSenior Project Manager/Project Director - 15 years minimum post-graduate experience.Previous experience working for a client-side consultancy or major Tier 1 civil contractor here in Australia.Project management experience on major road, earthworks related projects $200m+Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.Based in Australia, full permanent working rights.What you'll get in returnYou will have a manageable work-life balance: no weekend work, no early site starts, and late finishes. 5 days a week, 2 from home.
