Construction of a Poultry Processing Plant consisting of circa 38,936m2 of Gross Floor Area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.
1,600m2 workshop and store building. 3,791m2 of ancillary administration, staff amenities. Expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop Lane. Construction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead and manage our latest major project in Tamworth, focusing on delivery, quality, and safety.
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Implement robust project management methodologies to maintain and enhance project quality. Champion and exceed safety protocols and standards across all project activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. ABOUT YOU
A bachelor's and/or master's degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within the new built environment in Australia. Strong background in project management methodologies and best practices. In-depth understanding of quality management processes.
