Competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 plus car allowance plus super, depending on experience.
Role Description As the Project Manager for Large-Scale Workstation and Systems Projects, based in Melbourne, you'll take the lead in overseeing and delivering sophisticated design solutions tailored to commercial environments.
You'll manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless process for clients while maintaining their reputation for excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation for design, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you'll: • Manage large-scale workstation and systems projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure all elements align with the project timeline and specifications.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets, maintaining transparency with all stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress, addressing any challenges that arise during installation or implementation.
• Provide guidance and insights to clients, ensuring their vision is realised while balancing practicality and functionality.
• Contribute to a positive client experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the furniture, design, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A passion for design and an understanding of how it can transform commercial spaces.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Knowledge of workstation systems and commercial furniture is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A positive, 'can-do' attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
