A well-renowned private development group is looking for x2 Senior Project Managers to join their Melbourne team to jump straight into assisting with the delivery of two iconic projects.Salary package circa $250,000.Manage and deliver some of Melbourne's most iconic projects.Leading private developer with a very healthy pipeline of projects.Role Overview:Coming with experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in Melbourne, you will work alongside the Project Director to coordinate design and delivery on x1 mixed-use precinct, or x1 mixed-use luxury wellness hub.Key Responsibilities:Request, review, and benchmark consultant fee proposals; prepare and execute Consultant Agreements with legal review.Chair and attend consultant meetings; manage invoicing and ensure quality during the novation process.Assess design and strategy for cost-effective construction.Produce project PPR, manage Contract Annexures, and assist with tendering and procurement for early works/builders.Implement project controls; manage design and risk registers through project design and delivery. Assist with obtaining planning approvals and manage closeout processes before construction starts.Assess interface requirements, permit conditions, and commercial needs for project approvals.Conduct site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance; administer the D&C contract.Provide ongoing advice on design and construction risks, opportunities, and value engineering.Contribute to feasibility studies and update inputs monthly; track and report expenditure.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience as a residential Project Manager or similar role, with a proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively for seamless oversight across different project stages or lifecycles.Relevant tertiary education or qualifications in construction or project management.Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Effective problem solver who remains calm and efficient under pressure.Proven success in enhancing efficiency, embracing innovation, and thinking creatively in an entrepreneurial setting.
