Alongside working on amazing projects, they offer staff an excellent social culture and well-being incentives that include gym access, a wellbeing room, and regular wellbeing activities.Your New Role:You will be joining the Melbourne team as a Senior Project Manager, predominantly working on high-end BTR Residential and Mixed-Use developments.Within this role, you will work alongside a talented team and report directly to the Project Director, while gaining the opportunity to lead projects from end to end across the full project cycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Some of your responsibilities may include:Project Planning: Developing and executing project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, in consultation with the client and other stakeholders.Project Coordination: Coordinating all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.Budget Management: Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that costs are within budget constraints.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including managing project changes and issues that arise during construction.Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and is compliant with all relevant regulations and codes.Communication: Maintaining regular communication with the client, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that arise.Contract Administration: Administering contracts and ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.Team Management: Managing project teams, including consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that they deliver quality work on time and within budget.Job Requirements:A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically on large scale mixed-use and/or residential apartment developments.Must have experience working on projects in excess of $100 million.Ideally, you will have gained exposure working across the full project cycle, as well as leading projects and teams, with a successful track record of projects being completed within time and budget.You should have a strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and budgeting and scheduling techniques.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Must also have recent experience working in Melbourne and a strong working knowledge of the Victorian Building Codes.Additional Benefits:Market Leading Salary and Remuneration Package.Opportunity to work on high profile projects.Career Progression and Development Opportunities.Health and Wellbeing Incentives and Facilities.Active Social Culture with regular team building and social events.
