To that end, we're seeking a Senior Project Manager to work closely within our existing property team. You will be responsible for the site management and commercial aspects for the residential property business.The RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be working on high-end luxury residential construction projects which will include overseeing the builder, construction site, sub-contractors, and entirety of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging luxurious residential projects from the range of $5m-$10+m in valueManage and oversee contracts administration staff and onsite construction staff for the projectsLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers in conjunction with supporting the contracts and admin staffNegotiate pricing and scope of works arrangementsFinancial tracking and management of project budgetsAttend internal and external meetings when required alongside conducting daily site inspections of the buildResponsible for the approval and accuracy of supplier invoices and contractor progress claimsMonitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure worker protectionLiaising and coordinating with consultants, architects, engineers & other relevant stakeholders to clarify and administer the project documentation and contract commitmentsEnsure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality with meticulous attention to detailRequired Skills7 years + Project Management experienceExperience in high-end residential is a must-have requirement working on projects of at least $5m+A sound understanding of high-end residential constructionTertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management and onsite experienceCurrent builders license and authority to work in the relevant capacityExcellent communication skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to drive project delivery on set timeframes and within budgetIf this opportunity sounds of interest, please apply online by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
