Are you a Senior Project Manager with expertise in HR transformations and payroll systems?
Our client, a leading organization, is seeking multiple Senior Project Managers to lead their ambitious HR transformation initiative, focusing on payroll transformation and HR data remediation for long service leave (multiple roles).
This project is set to commence in February 2025, pending final approval.
This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead a cutting-edge program that will revolutionise their HR processes and be part of a large-scale, long-term transformation program.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans for payroll transformation or HR data remediation initiative Create and maintain detailed project schedules and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting Lead cross-functional teams and manage the project team plus vendors Oversee the data remediation process for long service leave records Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and manage expectations Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in managing complex HR transformation projects, particularly in payroll systems or HR data remediation.
Strong project planning and scheduling skills, with proficiency in project management tools.
Expertise in developing and maintaining RAID registers Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Working understanding of data remediation processes and methodologies Familiarity with HR compliance and regulations, particularly related to long service leave Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software implementations As this is an expression of interest, these roles are yet to be officially funded.
