An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Development Manager to join one of Australia’s most respected and awarded property developers and further develop their unrivaled folio of residential projects, more specifically on the Gold Coast.
Working solely on a large multi-storey residential project, based on the Gold Coast you MUST have local knowledge and experience, in delivering large residential towers.
With development approval signed off, this project has key targets slated for 2021 and beyond including the Contract of Sale preparation, sales and marketing launch and detailed development applications with works commencement to follow.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the project team to achieve targets by safely and efficiently delivering the project
Liaising with your sales, marketing & construction colleagues
Liaising with external parties including Architects, Lawyers, Agents and the builder whilst optimising revenues and project KPI’s.
Working and liaising with relevant Authorities including Council, State Government and Utilities.
Developing, managing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders,
Building networks and leveraging relationships to maximise opportunities.
Working autonomously, a hands on approach is essential with no task too small
What you need to bring to the role:
Previous experience in delivering large residential towers on the Gold Coast –Essential
A Degree in Property or a related field including Business, Marketing or related property discipline is highly desirable;
Being commercially astute, you will be able to demonstrate success in delivering profitable residential tower projects
A proven ability to be hands on and enjoy working in a hands on/autonomus role
Exceptional relationship skills utilising excellent communication skills both written and verbal
An ability to anticipate, identify, negotiate and resolve potential issues impacting the project
A detailed approach to reporting, documenting and presenting
Confident in delivering presentations as required.
Work and influence for the betterment of the project
An adaptive approach to achieve the desired outcome for the project through its life cycle.
