With a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of high-profile Government & Private projects, our Canberra team is known for its commitment to quality and the positive impact we make on the community.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Canberra team.
This role offers the opportunity to lead projects across both front-end and delivery, ensuring variety and challenge in your work.
You'll play a key role in strengthening RCC's reputation in the ACT market by delivering outstanding results on every project.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and build lasting relationships with our full ecosystem.

ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience managing complex Government construction projects in Australia.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders.
