Broad is a blended business backed by an experienced and passionate team – we recognise our people are our most valuable asset.About the RoleThe Successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the technical aspects of project delivery, including:Integrating project activities to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required quality.Understanding the critical path on the project.Identifying key construction methodologies that require detailing with project staff, design, and subcontractor input to avoid delays.As the successful candidate, you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organized, and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.Skills and ExperienceTo be considered for this position, you will require:Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the construction industry, including structures and building experience.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Experience managing engineering disciplines and sub-contractors on projects ranging from $20M - $50M.Demonstrated commercial experience, including planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time.Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices.Culture and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects and ongoing professional development within a supportive and friendly team environment.How to ApplyOnly people with the right to work in Australia may apply for this position.
