About The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in client interface and engagement for work packages, technical queries, QA/QC, and engineering.
This position will be FIFO from Australian capital cities to Pilbara, WA, on a 19 days on/9 days off roster.
Key Responsibilities Monitor project compliance with industry codes, practices, quality assurance policies, and performance standards.
Identify and resolve scope discrepancies, provide technical support, and manage scope change control.
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
Monitor quality and quantity of incoming equipment and materials.
Manage QA/QC systems.
Support the Project Manager and Site Team in preparing accurate monthly reports.
Participate in planning and forecasting budgets and timelines.
Review work drawings, construction, and specifications against site plans and conditions, and arrange for corrections or modifications as needed.
Generate technical queries and requests for information.
Maintain engineering registers and document management systems.
Collaborate with site-based personnel including supervisory staff, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, consultants, the client, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies.
About You Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Site-based and in-field experience in Electrical Construction works, particularly with Installation/Construction Contractors.
Background in E&I works, from cable pulling to wiring terminations.
Proven experience managing QA/QC systems.
Experience with Navisworks and 3D modeling.
Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively with the client team.
