What The Role Is All About The Senior Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Operations Transformation Team, focusing on the execution and delivery of pre-planned transformation projects.
The scope of this role is broad and ever-changing, so the ability to navigate ambiguous situations will be essential, as you'll be called upon to pivot between different tasks and projects, and to think creatively on your feet.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage end-to-end operational delivery for transformation projects, ensuring all streams are on track.
Organise and lead stream-specific meetings; report updates in steering committee meetings.
Maintain project schedules and deadlines, ensuring punctual delivery within budget constraints Keep meticulous records of project progress, deliverables, and completion statuses.
At times, create end user documentation.
Handle repetitive monthly service delivery workflows with efficiency Identify and communicate any bottlenecks, challenges, and risks to stakeholders promptly.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project plans practically.
Identifying problems in delivery implementation early and initiating analysis, engagement and solutioning to deliver Provide support on larger, complex projects as needed.
Facilitate effective communication across various departments to implement project changes and objectives.
Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project timelines.
Analyse project data to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations Prepare and present comprehensive project status updates to clients and senior leadership Who We're Looking For A strong focus on implementing projects and actions Proficient in managing multiple tasks & streams Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions Exceptional ability to manage time, documentation, and stakeholders.
Adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders Comfortable proactively overcoming project challenges and blockers.
