Job Description Lead the feasibility analysis for significant property development projects, providing detailed assessments of financial viability, risks, and returns.Partner with the development team to provide strategic financial advice throughout the project life cycle, from concept to completion.Manage the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring financial discipline across all stages of development.Develop and refine complex financial models, incorporating scenario analysis to aid in decision-making and project planning.Oversee project cost tracking, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and addressing variances in a timely manner.Provide leadership in stakeholder management, working closely with finance teams, project managers, contractors, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and board-level stakeholders.Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives, contributing to the broader financial strategy of the business. The Successful Applicant CPA or CA qualification required.Extensive experience in property developmentStrong background in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.High-level proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
