4 days ago, from Institute of Data AustraliaJob DescriptionPosition Overview:Provide primary AOD support services within public prison environments across Victoria as part of a dedicated healthcare team.Deliver harm minimisation programs for individuals in custody, empowering them through coping strategies, drug awareness, and relapse prevention to support rehabilitation.Contribute to the development and delivery of AOD programs, supporting people to address complex needs within the justice system.The AOD Senior Program Facilitator plays a key role in providing assessment, support, and education on Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) issues to incarcerated individuals. This position focuses on harm minimisation, providing group and individual support to foster recovery and independence.
