The Senior Product Manager for the Leisure App will define the product's vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the needs of both Direct-to-Consumer and B2B2C channels. The role includes promoting and distributing existing app products and developing embedded app capabilities (SDKs) for an extensive partner network. The Senior Product Manager will translate the roadmap into actionable features, manage prioritization, and ensure successful product releases in close collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders.

Leisure App Strategy: Collaboratively set the direction for the Leisure App strategy, focusing on enhancing the travel experience.Customer Insights: Utilize customer and competitor insights to align the app's development with business objectives and key KPIs.App Experience Framework: Develop and maintain an app customer experience framework that identifies engagement opportunities.Team Development: Lead the Leisure App development team, expanding capabilities by leveraging internal and external resources.Product Ownership: Own and manage the digital product roadmap and vision to support business needs.Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding user journeys and unmet needs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to refine product requirements, using agile techniques to prioritize features by value and ROI.Product Releases: Lead planning and set expectations for new product functionalities, ensuring rapid, value-driven delivery.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Cross-team Collaboration: Work effectively with engineers, quality analysts, and business analysts to ensure product delivery aligns with business goals.New Product Evaluation: Research and identify new tools to enhance the company's product offerings.App Reporting Framework: Manage app performance reporting, ensuring stakeholder visibility and ongoing feature development.Mentorship: Develop junior product managers, offering guidance and professional development opportunities.And what are we looking for? Significant experience leading product development roadmaps and managing product teams.Extensive experience as a Product Manager in digital app or web product development.Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative analytics methods.Excellent planning and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing dependencies.Proven ability to prioritize rapidly in a fast-growing digital company and work in an agile environment.Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-suite and Board members.Deep experience in successfully delivering sophisticated software products to market.Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience building a customer-centric product culture and implementing best practices.So, why choose us?
