We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead our 'Connector' integration initiatives into global SaaS platforms.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to build and execute a product strategy that delights customers through deep integrations with their business software.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a product strategy to improve our customers' experience using a variety of inputs.
Manage the product roadmap by capturing work from a wide range of inputs, understanding and prioritising this work.
Build a deep understanding of the problems that we need to solve through research and regular interaction with customers.
Define and frame the problems worth solving for your team.
Collaborate with your team to create innovative solutions to these problems.
Scope these solutions into small shippable slices to deliver value to customers as early as possible.
Constantly evaluate if the solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures.
Report and share insights on customers, experiments and the metrics that matter.
Own and maintain the quality and security of the product areas that you and your team are responsible for.
The successful candidate will have proven Senior Product Management experience within a SaaS environment.
You are a highly organised and a great communicator, who can clearly express product decisions and their rationale.
You excel at collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders across functional groups to achieve the team and organisation's goals.
You have a deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
You've conducted user interviews, user research, user testing and worked closely with design researchers and analysts.
You can both operate at a strategic level and dive deep into the technical details and complexity with ease.
