Senior Product Designer

Type: Full-time (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
About Stryd Stryd is a fintech platform supporting mortgage brokers to deliver better outcomes for their customers' home loans and retain their business — the first step in building a broader platform for intelligent, data-backed decisions across financial services and beyond.
Created by the team at Moneycatcha, we use Open Banking data and real-time product comparisons to ensure borrowers are always on the best home loan for them.
We're a growing, high-ownership team with real users, clear problems to solve, and new product areas on the horizon — from lead qualification to energy and consumer comparison tools.
Shape the product, not just the interface You'll play a key role in defining features, understanding broker needs, and making critical UX decisions that impact both our current product and new initiatives.
You'll be the first and only (for now) designer at Stryd — working closely with product and engineering to set the design direction, influence product decisions, and establish how design works in the team.
Build out new product areas In addition to improving our core Trailbook Retention product, you'll help design a new product area from the ground up.
We don't yet have a formal design system — you'll help introduce pragmatic, scalable design practices where needed, without making this the core focus of the role.
