The Role
Reporting to the Practice Lead - Metallurgy, you will provide technical support to the Copper Smelter processing activities to deliver the business strategy.
You will create capability within the team by leading, developing, and mentoring technical personnel. This will be a full-time permanent role that offers an attractive remuneration package and benefits including market-related superannuation and a strong focus on continuing your professional development.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the Copper Smelter processing activities.
Lead, develop, and mentor technical personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Significant expertise in process metallurgy.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
