We recognise that diversity strengthens us and encourage people from all backgrounds to apply, including women and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Victorian Water Team.This integral position in our Water Team will suit a dynamic, experienced, and motivated senior engineer that wants to hit the ground running and have a valuable impact from day one. Support and manage the design and operations of varied and unique Water Treatment Systems.Support, manage and direct tenders and pricing of water treatment opportunities.Directly supervise installation and commissioning works, including management of trades and engineers.Work with existing project teams to support process optimisation and refinement.Manage and administer assigned work packages in order to complete projects on time and on budget.Undertake procurement activities, including drafting scope of works for subcontractor packages, issuing purchase orders, and administering subcontracts with support from the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.Manage quality control of works to ensure compliance with Enviropacific' s quality management systems and contract requirements.Work closely with site supervisors/managers and subcontractors to ensure daily activities align with the construction program.ABOUT YOUAre you a highly motivated engineer who is driven to deliver complex and exciting water treatment projects?To be successful in this role, you will have:Degree qualified Engineer in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Process Engineering.Experience in coagulation, flocculation, ion exchange, GAC, filtration, UF, NF, RO, breakpoint chlorination and liquids, solids separationExperience detailing ITPs and ITRs for the design, procurement, receipt, and commissioning of complex water treatment plant8+ years' experience involved in delivering Water Treatment Design and Operations and costing.Experiencing in managing a project life cycle from Design stage through to construction and commissioning.Demonstrated experience working on sites with multiple contractors.WHAT WE GIVE YOU IN RETURN: Rewarding and important work that makes a difference to the community and the environment.We prioritise your Health and Wellbeing: Four paid annual Wellbeing Days, we give you additional time off to do the things that you love with the people you love.Employee assistance program, a free counselling and lifestyle service for you and your family. WHEREFIT: Our people have access to exclusive discounts at leading fitness and wellbeing brands to help you perform at your best. We care about your future with us:Propel your career: Unlock your potential with tailored and ongoing professional development and internal job opportunities to ensure you stay ahead in your field.
