Salary: $105,921 to $119,801 per annum

The purpose of this role is to manage and/or contribute to the development, implementation, and review of complex policies and projects which facilitate significant organisational change and system-level improvement.
Develop and provide high-level specialist policy and project advice to influence decision making across the whole Department, improving outcomes for children and young people in all DECYP settings, including Schools and Early Years, Youth Justice, Child Safety, and Out of Home Care.
This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning.
Duties: Manage and/or contribute to the development, implementation, and review of complex policies and projects. Provide high-level specialist policy and project advice to influence decision making across the Department. Period of Appointment: Ongoing - ASAP Start Date
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight: 73.5 hours
