Your Opportunity

Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities daily, you will provide proactive administrative, operational, client and people support to 2 Partners and 3 Directors within the Melbourne Forensic practice of KPMG. In this dynamic and integral role you will be:Proactively managing diaries and prioritising meetings and events according to stakeholder needs. Where appropriate and required joins meetings, takes minutes, identify and owns actions and follow up on other's actions.
Proactively processes expenses on a timely basis.
Records new business opportunities, client contacts and keeps records up to date, including the updates of opportunities through to conversion, job creation and job closing.
Provides editing and formatting support and proactively utilises knowledge management tools.
Undertakes tasks in accordance with KPMG's Risk Management policies, highlighting areas of risk and providing feedback as appropriate
Proactively helps stakeholder prepare for meetings, calls, workshops, events and other interactions internally or with clients, for business development of client engagements. This involves getting documentation organised, printed where required and organising logistics.
Proactively manages domestic and international travel
Acts as a change agent in adoption of the HUB, new technologies, and promotes the use of technology within the team
Providing ad-hoc operational support in the absence of an operations manager/coordinator
Performs other ad-hoc duties as required by the Partners
Supports the team's operations by assisting them with miscellaneous activities that directly or indirectly helps the Partners
Develops strong interdepartmental relationships with PAs. Develops strong relationships with Partners and Directors in the team. Develops strong relationships with clients and client PAs
Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information

It is likely you will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
Professional and proactive working style
Above and beyond mentality
Comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable with asking questions and requesting clarification when matters are unclear
Relevant experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferably in professional services
A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
Self-motivation and initiative
Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability in championing change
Intermediate to high level skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP experience preferred.
